Regional Human Resources Business Partner

This role involves working closely with senior operations teams to ensure effective execution of people processes at designated airports, focusing on union activities and employment law compliance. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, and collaborating with support center teams to deliver quality HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for union-related activities and ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor and update employment law compliance across locations.
• Manage HR functions including employee relations, health and safety, compensation, and training.
• Develop and deliver internal communications.
• Facilitate training modules and resolve employee issues fairly.
• Participate in collective bargaining and union activities.
• Coach managers on performance and talent development.
• Maintain meticulous records for decision-making support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or airport industries.
• Experience in collective bargaining activities.
• Proficient in US labor laws; Canadian knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within US and Canada.

Must be willing to relocate or reside in the Bay Area, San Diego, Denver, Salt Lake City, or Seattle. Must pass background checks and meet security requirements. The role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonuses.
