As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will lead Go To Market (GTM) strategies for Amazon Music's mobile and voice products, including Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited. You will work cross-functionally with product managers and marketing teams to develop and launch new features that surprise and delight customers, increase engagement, and drive adoption and retention across all devices.

This role requires a candidate comfortable with ambiguity, capable of influencing teams and leaders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, creativity, independence, and attention to detail are essential. The position is global, requiring collaboration with regional teams to adapt strategies and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable GTM strategies for product launches
  • Conduct customer research to inform branding and positioning
  • Manage marketing campaigns to build awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps to enhance user metrics
  • Coordinate with Artist Relations to integrate music and podcast content
  • Create compelling creative assets in partnership with designers
  • Guide copywriting and UX design to optimize customer experience
  • Review progress and results with leadership regularly

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau
  • Experience executing cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience launching consumer software or hardware products
  • Collaboration with UX and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer segmentation and targeting expertise
  • Understanding engagement KPIs and strategy implications
  • Experience in media/entertainment or subscription services
