About The Olympic Club

The Olympic Club, a private member athletic and country club in San Francisco, seeks a Station Cook for our Lakeside property. Our facilities include 2 campuses, 19 sports, world-renowned golf courses, exceptional social and athletic programs, 18 hotel rooms, and 5 Food & Beverage outlets. The City Clubhouse is located near Union Square and the Powell Street BART station, while the Lakeside Clubhouse is next to the ocean on the border of San Francisco and Daly City.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with menu setup, buffet preparation, cooking, and banquet duties.
• Prepare cold entrees, salads, and appetizers.
• Perform food prep tasks like washing, peeling, chopping fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor food temperatures during service.

Candidate Requirements

• Culinary degree or certificate.
• SafeServe certification or CA State Food Handlers card.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong safety and sanitation skills.
• Proficiency in English for business and kitchen communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
