Location: SFO, Bay Area, California or Santa Clara, California

Travel: 25-50% based on business needs and client requirements

Summary:

As the Sr. Sales Executive for our Semiconductor Engineering Division at Capgemini Engineering, you will lead the networking and client relationships for current and prospective clients within the semiconductor sales and Industry for a global product engineering services company. In this important role, you will develop successful sales strategies and expand our business with semiconductor clients through comprehensive solutions in chip design, software, hardware, supply chain, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor accounts, positioning Capgemini's end-to-end design services, including pre/post-silicon validation and embedded software.
  2. Apply industry expertise to develop solutions that address complex business and technology needs aligned with customer product roadmaps.
  3. Engage with senior management levels to strategize pursuits, develop account maps, and identify target opportunities in consultation with Capgemini's technical architects.
  4. Initiate and cultivate relationships at prospective accounts through existing network connections.
  5. Build and drive a robust pipeline of sales opportunities to closure.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. At least 5-8+ years of experience in complex semiconductor services sales, particularly in ASIC design services.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in Sales Pursuit Management.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of direct sales with a quota of $10M or more.
  4. Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  5. Strong understanding of semiconductor ecosystem, including relationships with foundries, EDA companies, and IP providers.
  6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in high-value deal negotiations at the C-level.
  7. Proven ability to navigate complex client organizations to access key executives, engineering, and procurement leaders.
  8. Excellent networking abilities with both internal and external collaborators.
  9. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  10. High level of professional integrity, credibility, and reliability.
