About:

Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country.

Summary:

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services at events in multiple California locations. Once hired, our staff can assign themselves to events in their area via our scheduling system. We also provide pre-event comprehensive training on LES protocols.

Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point-of-care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Our staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of events while delivering excellent customer service to participants.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform venipuncture blood draws.
2. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
3. Conduct participant biometric screenings, including blood pressure and body fat analysis.
4. Ensure accurate capture of participant information and screening results.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times.
6. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
7. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.).
• Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws.
• At least 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months.
• Proficient in taking blood pressure.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
