Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Airport Food and Beverage Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive food and beverage industry experience, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Food & Beverage Management or related field, and at least 5 years of management experience in restaurants.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead, coach and direct teams of staff while managing all aspects of airport dining. As an Airport Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for developing menus, creating budgets, purchasing inventory, overseeing restaurant schedules, controlling costs (labor & food), monitoring quality standards and handling customer complaints. You must be knowledgeable with all local health department regulations, as well as sanitation standards.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with vendors/suppliers and customers. You must be able to efficiently multi-task, remain organized under pressure and stay up-to-date on all current industry trends.
