Our client is a growing SaaS AI organization headquartered in the Bay area. They are hiring a Head of Software Engineering who will be responsible for building and scaling up the software engineering team, serving as a strategic leader, architect, and adapting to changing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onshore and offshore engineering teams - 10+
• Oversight of teams of 25+
• Build out the software team in both locations
• Eliminate technical debt and build processes to scale
• Create a multi-dimensional roadmap for refactoring and scaling improvements while ensuring steady growth cadence.
• Define and develop KPIs for top-tier software engineering performance.
• Work with the Product Management team to define customer product offerings.
• Assist with building the product team strategy.
• Collaborate with all layers of the organization: CEO, Sales/Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customers.
• 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, and leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree
