Position Summary
The Bayview YMCA is an anchor service provider of housing stability and resident support in San Francisco. Our mission is to provide holistic and comprehensive programs that support health, wellness and self-efficacy in youth, families, and communities.
The Services Coordinator plays a key role in connecting families to essential resources and services that enhance family stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term housing security. Based off-site at Armstrong Place, this position requires proactive engagement to build relationships with residents and link them to community resources that support their well-being. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and committed to fostering a thriving community. This role requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation for attending meetings and trainings.
