POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Payment Processing Associate is responsible for executing procedures, such as providing services to clients and internal operations through data entry, verifying payment information accuracy, and processing payments in line with Company guidelines. In addition, this position communicates with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and inquiries while resolving issues as needed. This role includes maintaining organized payment documentation for compliance with audit and regulatory requirements and providing service support related to payment. This position reports to the Sr. Payment Processing Specialist or another senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate.
This position may be remote or based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with a potential in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
