Job Overview:

The Director, Investor Relations is a key member of the Company's investor relations team, which is a critical function that serves as a conduit between KDP and the public markets.

This position is highly visible and works cross-functionally with senior executives and members of KDP's Accounting, Commercial, Corporate Communications, FP&A, and Legal teams, as well as with members of the Wall Street community. Successful candidates will demonstrate executive presence, strong verbal and written communication, exceptional analytical skills, and an ability to independently execute multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the broader IR team to develop messaging that communicates KDP's financial performance and articulates the Company's strategy and investment case.
  2. Partner with teams across the organization to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Company's business model and performance trends.
  3. Serve as a key driver of the quarterly earnings process, which includes the preparation of the earnings press release, presentation, conference call script, comprehensive Q&A, and additional materials.
  4. Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, competitive intelligence, and other bespoke and ongoing analyses.
  5. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including the Company's board of directors and executive leadership team, and external audiences.
  6. Support the Company's investor targeting program to identify prospective shareholders and diversify the ownership base.
  7. Act as a key point of contact for buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High level of intellectual curiosity, ability to dive deep, find solutions and deliver results.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including in presentation building; fluency with financial databases and investor relations software preferred.
  8. Travel up to 20%.
