As one of the Administrative Assistants at Athleta, you will provide administrative support to leaders on the Athleta Leadership Team as well as provide diversified administrative and operational support, manage key components of the employee lifecycle, and partner closely with HRBPs to ensure excellent customer service is provided to employees. Collaboration with cross-functional partners and teams can be expected. This role is critical to the success of the department with the ideal candidate being very organized, forward-thinking and a problem solver.
In this role, you will be responsible for overall operations of one or more executives: calendar management, business meetings, email support, coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, complete expense reports and additional tasks/projects required.
