What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Collaborate with a consultant team to align stakeholders and drive successful clinical initiatives and projects
  2. Develop and implement performance metrics and evaluate clinical initiatives for desired outcomes
  3. Manage moderately complex projects, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication
  4. Conduct data analyses to assess performance and support clinical initiatives
  5. Facilitate change management activities to ensure stakeholder buy-in for clinical improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science, or a directly related field, along with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least one (1) year of experience, or a minimum of six (6) years of experience in a related field
  2. Proven experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management within clinical operations or a healthcare environment
  3. Strong knowledge of change management and business process improvement methodologies
  4. Exceptional skills in applied data analysis and conflict resolution
  5. Ability to manage diverse relationships and demonstrate business acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in healthcare consulting or clinical operations
  2. Familiarity with vendor management and service level agreements
  3. Knowledge of performance metrics and evaluation methods in healthcare settings
  4. Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement
  5. Participation in relevant industry conferences or speaking events
