At Appreciation in Practice, we're not simply building a company; we're igniting a movement dedicated to fostering human maturity, helping people transcend negativity, and empowering every individual to live with deep meaning and purpose.

Our Vision: We have already published our foundational philosophy in a book, "Key of Life: Appreciation in Practice," and now, we're bringing its principles into reality:

• Family Card Game: Teaching maturity, teamwork, and appreciation through playful collaboration.
• AI-Powered Life Guide App: Offering personalized wisdom, practical mindfulness, and transformative habits.
• Future Initiatives: Kind-only social media, immersive games, and eventually, a model community—a living blueprint for the future.

The Role: Co-Founder(s) (up to 4 positions available)

We're seeking exceptional co-founders who will join us not just in title, but in spirit—partners who resonate deeply with our mission and can lead us toward rapid, impactful scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Relations: Lead purposeful fundraising efforts, building genuine relationships with aligned investors committed to global change.
• Operations & Growth: Develop and manage efficient operational systems, budgeting, hiring, and scaling strategies with integrity and vision.
• Marketing & Sales: Drive strategic go-to-market efforts, shape branding and messaging, and expand our market presence through authentic, compelling campaigns.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely to evolve and refine products, ensuring our offerings continuously align with our mission.
• Culture Leadership: Foster a culture rooted in maturity, appreciation, and selflessness, building a team that is both effective and inspired.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in startup leadership, operations, fundraising, marketing, or sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, adaptable in high-pressure and calm environments.
• Entrepreneurial drive and passion to build something profoundly meaningful.
• Deep alignment with our mission: you see humanity's challenges as opportunities, not obstacles.
• Bonus: Technical background or curiosity (helpful but not required).

Compensation: Initial compensation through meaningful equity, transitioning to salary upon securing funding (targeting rapid fundraising within the next 1-2 months).
