Description:

Our client is a financial services firm. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their San Francisco, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee calendar meetings for stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Manage conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, and meeting materials.
  • Create, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details.
  • Monitor and process employee expenses and travel claims in accordance with policy.
  • Analyze key contact lists and data entry.
  • Provide and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Concur.
