About the role:
As the Director of Sales, Emerging Industries at Skydio, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the U.S., driving expansion into key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Logistics, and Manufacturing—industries that stand to gain immense value from UAVs and robotic process automation.
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader who can build, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team to execute with operational excellence and an unwavering drive for success. Reporting to the VP of Sales - Americas, you'll work closely with our Go-to-Market teams to deliver industry-leading autonomous solutions to customers.

Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 plus commission. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's group health insurance plans and receive benefits such as paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401K savings plan.
