Salary Range: $110,000/yearly - $130,000/yearly - Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds effective partnerships with internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business partners, communities and other business entities and identifies new business opportunities.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing at assigned locations, promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
  • Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.
  • Sets, measures and manages performance of self and others and leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and financial objectives and goals.
  • Delegates responsibility and holds others accountable against operational performance criteria, and assists individuals with skills development to become a high performing contributor.
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies and rules and standards of all relevant regulatory agencies. All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in an aviation ground operations station or regional leadership position, with specialized leadership training preferred. Three or more years managing a location with a union presence, including contract negotiations, managing company/labor relationships and grievances/arbitration.
