We seek an experienced and highly motivated Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial HVAC projects in Orange, CA. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong Mechanical Engineering background and extensive project management experience. The Senior HVAC Project Manager will oversee all phases of complex projects, from pre-construction through completion, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring the highest quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of large commercial HVAC projects, from initial planning through final closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, design coordination, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to drive project success.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and quality standards are maintained.
• Provide strategic input during the pre-construction phase, including cost estimating and value engineering.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project transparency.
• Mentor and support project engineers and assistant project managers.
• Monitor field activities to ensure design, safety standards, and project specifications adherence.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8+ years experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value HVAC projects.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and other project management platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC design/build practices, and industry codes.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be local to Orange, CA, or able to commute or relocate reliably.
