As the Director of People Ops, you will manage both the big picture and day-to-day operations of the People function. You'll play a critical role in supporting a positive and engaging employee experience for our growing and distributed team.
This role involves a hybrid work approach, balancing in-office collaboration with the ability to work remotely.
Expectations (In this role, you will):
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
