Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA

Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Pay: $25-$30/hour

Minimum Education: High School Diploma

We're looking for a hands-on Biotech Production Specialist to support key manufacturing operations in a lab-focused role. This person will assist with product formulation, ERP data entry, lab setup and cleanup, and batch record management. Job Description:

• Formulate biochemical solutions, including PCR master mix, buffers, and micron beads
• Support reagent and consumable manufacturing processes
• Enter data into ERP system (NetSuite) and maintain accurate digital records
• Complete batch records in compliance with SOPs and GMP standards
• Set up and clean up lab workspaces daily
• Label and kit products for internal use or distribution
• Train under SOPs and shadow experienced team members to ramp up quickly

Experience Required:

• Experience with PCR and pipetting in a laboratory setting
• Background in formulating biochemical solutions (buffers, master mix, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable filling out batch records and handling lab documentation
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
• BS in a life science discipline + 1 year of lab experience preferred
• Open to candidates with an AS degree and equivalent lab experience
• Prior work in a GMP-regulated lab or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
