What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Grow and maintain a high performing team of Site Reliability Engineers
  2. Define and own roadmaps to improve platform resilience and automation
  3. Prioritize, plan, and manage projects and features for customers
  4. Implement smarter monitoring and optimize the customer experience
  5. Partner with various teams to address customer and internal pain points through automation

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Strong leadership and people management skills
  2. Experience in site reliability engineering or a related field
  3. Knowledge of software design, system architecture, and deployment processes
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
