Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old and able to legally work in US
• Must have a High School Diploma or higher
• Must be able to pass state license exam
• Must consent to and pass a background check
• Basic computer skills and MS Office competency

Hiring Process

1. Orientation
2. Interview: A field representative will interview you and ensure you're a good fit for the position.
3. Pre-license: During your pre-license stage you will be focused on preparing for your state insurance exam.
4. Exam Prep: Work with a training partner and attend our online courses to make sure you're ready to ace your exam.
5. New Agent Training: Once you're licensed you will be onboarded into the system and assigned an agent producer number.
