[Position Overview]

We are seeking a seasoned Radio Wave and Communication Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of wireless communication systems for UAVs, autonomous platforms, and mission-critical aerospace applications. This role focuses on ensuring robust, high-throughput, and low-latency communication links in diverse operational environments.

[Responsibilities]

* Design and optimize RF communication systems including transceivers, antennas, and signal processing modules for UAV and autonomous systems.

* Analyze and model radio wave propagation in various environments (urban, rural, airborne, indoor).

* Develop and implement communication protocols (LoRa, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, UHF/VHF, etc.) tailored to platform requirements.

* Conduct RF testing, link budget analysis, and performance evaluation under real-world conditions.

* Collaborate with system and software teams to integrate communication modules with onboard avionics and ground control stations.

* Mitigate interference, multipath effects, and signal degradation using appropriate filtering, modulation, and coding techniques.

* Contribute to certification and compliance processes for regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, KC).

* Create detailed documentation including RF design specifications, test procedures, and system integration guides.

[Qualifications]

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

* 8+ years of experience in RF systems and wireless communication engineering.

* Strong understanding of radio frequency theory, digital/analog modulation schemes, and antenna design.

* Proficient in RF simulation and analysis tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, MATLAB, ADS).

* Experience with communication protocol stacks and integration with embedded systems.

* Knowledge of link budget analysis, spectrum planning, and RF certification processes.

* Hands-on experience with SDR (Software Defined Radio), spectrum analyzers, and RF test equipment.

* Excellent analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.

[Preferred Qualifications]

* Experience with UAV, aerospace, or defense-grade communication systems.

* Familiarity with secure communication methods and encryption standards.

* Knowledge of beamforming, MIMO, or adaptive radio systems.

* Background in dynamic spectrum access or mesh networking for distributed systems.

* Understanding of GNSS augmentation and telemetry integration.
