Head of Partnerships / VP of Partnerships

  • Location: Remote, with optional office in San Francisco

  • Salary: $180K-$200K (OTE $300K-$350K)

This pioneering company is working toward creating AI-powered healthcare solutions to address the worldwide doctor shortage. Their ambitious goal is to achieve a 1:1 doctor-to-patient ratio globally, potentially becoming the organization that saves the most lives in human history by making high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with partners to create joint value propositions that generate recurring revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare technology ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to align partnership activities with the company's overall mission and goals
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure partnership performance and optimize strategies

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 6-12 years of experience building and maintaining partnerships to drive revenue opportunities in healthcare, technology, or the EHR industry
  • Proven track record of establishing, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships in competitive markets
  • Experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or an early-stage hire at a startup (ideally in a sub-10 or sub-20 person team)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, partnership management tools, and sales analytics (Salesforce, HubSpot, Mixpanel, ChartMogul, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environments
  • Strong network within SaaS, Healthcare technology, or AI industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare AI or related innovative healthcare technologies
  • Track record of partnerships that have directly contributed to achieving significant revenue milestones
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify untapped partnership opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range: $180K-$200K
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $300K-$350K
  • Equity: 0.03%-0.05%
