Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consulting Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our consulting operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, with a strong understanding of insurance authorization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing client relations, and supporting our team of healthcare consultants.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for the consulting team, ensuring efficient operations.
2. Handle insurance authorization processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for administrative matters.
4. Assist in the preparation and coordination of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and internal team meetings.
5. Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all information.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with other team members to identify and address client needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on consulting services.
2. Proven experience with insurance authorization processes.
3. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
7. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
9. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is preferred.
