Job description:

DRG is seeking an IT Field Technician to join our growing team!

Starting Wage $21-$25 per hour based on qualifications and experience, plus overtime pay!

The IT Technician is responsible for overseeing all technology associated with applications, hardware, networking, and computing services at restaurant locations. He / She provides maintenance and support for all hardware and software problems. The IT Technician installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots equipment and software necessary for business operations.

What will you do?

1. Provide end-user support both remotely, over the phone and on-site.
2. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems with:
1. Desktop hardware, tablets, applications, and networking.
2. POS, credit card terminals and kitchen hardware.
3. Streaming Radio and speakers.
4. DVR systems, cameras, and microphones.
5. DT Timer, OCB, and DT headsets.
6. Digital menu boards and any new technology we roll out.
7. Other new technology yet to be implemented.
3. Coordinates the timely repair of equipment covered by third-party support vendors.
4. Produce well written plans, procedures, documentation, and communication to Above Store Leaders.
5. Setup computer software and hardware for new/existing staff, including new user accounts.
6. Maintain complete and accurate software/hardware inventory.
7. Manage daily PCI-DSS compliance focused tasks such as account terminations and log analysis.
8. Create, update, review and resolve Help Desk tickets.
9. Additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

What Skills do you need?

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective strategic planning and organization, and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
2. Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to interact with support staff, restaurant personnel, above store leaders, and customers as required.
4. Must have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology, as well as the ability to learn new systems and equipment.

Are you qualified?

1. Two to Three years Help Desk or I.T. Experience Preferred.
2. Must pass an MVR and Background Check.
3. Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
4. Willing to have a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
5. Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
6. Physical ability to perform work required, included but not limited to climbing ladders and working on equipment in awkward positions.
