Under the supervision of the Senior Benefits Analyst, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties for human resources matters related to tracking and updating employee records, supporting the hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination processes, interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in a wide range of matters including interpretation and application of regulations, rules, and other policies. Your role also involves performing tasks with a focus on growing our company's talent pipeline and supporting corporate initiatives.
