The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the leadership, direction and performance of YMCA of the Silicon Valley's facility branch operations, youth development programs, and overnight camp, and is responsible for their personnel / teams. The position is responsible for ensuring strong performance metrics across branch operations, developing strategic and tactical plans that strengthen operational effectiveness, designing operational efficiencies that maximize resources and assets across branches / regions and develops high-performing, collaborative and innovative organizational teams that grow the YMCA and further its Mission and Purpose while intentionally advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
