Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience developing analyses to support decision-making within international energy markets, renewable energy, climate, or sustainability industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in internal operations, with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity (e.g., developing tools and resources to streamline processes and optimize workflows).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership. Adept at conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ability to develop analyses to support strategic decision-making in the energy/power industry.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization's long-term energy strategy by developing frameworks and conducting analyses.
• Coordinate internal energy initiatives and programs, including project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Analyze energy portfolio data (load performance, supply chain, market trends), ensuring data quality and integration with relevant tools.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to audiences (cross-functional teams, executives). Prepare regular performance reports, including cadenced reporting (e.g., Environmental Report) and responding to data requests.
• Develop and manage the annual energy budget, track expenditures, and identify cost savings. Support OKR planning, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
