We make sure that top performers are recognized and have built a competitive environment to keep the team motivated and unified.What you'll doAs a Banking Specialist, you will be working with founders, co-founders, C-Suite Executives, controllers, and VP's of Finance to continue generating net-new revenue and growing the Brex brand with new and existing customers. You will be working closely with new customers to upsell our checking, treasury, and sweep product.Where you'll workThis role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!Responsibilities

• Work with existing card only customers to upsell our business account suite of products (checking/treasury/sweep)
• Help put SACA's or Cash Covenants in place working with our underwriting team which provides higher credit limits for our customers
• Become trusted account advisors by managing accounts and being strategic in both inbound and outbound sales
• Engage with businesses at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and close.
• Develop strategic plans on how to close more companies and generate more revenue
• Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement
• Work closely with Startups Ambassadors to bring in referralsWhat we require
  • Licensed with the Series 7 & 63/65
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experiences in financial services/fintech or with early stage companies
  • Excels in conversations with c-suite executive decision makers
  • Experience carrying quota
  • Consistently in the top 10% of the stack ranking
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • Graduate of a 4 year universityCompensationThe expected OTE range for this role is $194,360 - $242,950. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
