Under supervision, to develop, evaluate and manage system security across the enterprise; to investigate problematic activity and plan for appropriate resolution, perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments, evaluate security breaks, and determine if there are problems or errors.
This recruitment will tentatively include a written examination; applicants who meet the employment standards will be invited to take an online examination scheduled to open the week of March 3rd, 2025.
Qualifying candidates will be notified via email with examination instructions.
Sufficient education, training, and experience to demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities:
Training and Experience:
Possession of an Associate's Degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, and two (2) years problem solving information systems hardware and/or software products, networking, applications, and/or system administration.
OR
Possession of an Associate's Degree or sixty (60) semester units (90 quarter units) from an accredited college, and four years problem solving information systems hardware and/or software products, networking, applications, and/or system administration.
