The North America Executive Solutions Lead will identify and build executive relationships with our partners, prospects, and customers, helping to connect them with Meta's vision for the world's next computing platform while strengthening trust and confidence in Meta as a technology partner. You will help executives confidently move forward in their decision-making process, feel appreciated and understood, and inspired that their business outcomes are more easily reached in partnership with Meta.

This role reports to the Global Head of Executive & Nonprofit Solutions and, as a primary Partner for the NORAM region within the Executive Engagement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Executive Briefings are accessible to all RL Sales channels in the region. The role requires that this individual be knowledgeable and confident when interacting with executives and can facilitate complex briefings. This individual will work well in a geographically-distributed, small team environment and cross-functionally across the company, can quickly build rapport and trust with internal and external clients.

The right individual will be a passionate advocate for both our Reality Labs north star - build the world's next computing platform, while growing momentum as the long-term market leader - as well as the product experience of Reality Lab's products.

North America Executive Solutions Lead Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver high-impact executive briefings, including aligning content and agendas to customer needs, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the planning process, and facilitating briefings to drive outcome-based discussions.
  2. Define and execute on an effective Executive Briefing Program for the NORAM region that aligns with sales objectives and priorities and delivers a memorable and impactful experience for visiting c-level executives.
  3. Partner with the RL Sales Channel teams in the region to define the briefing program value proposition and role executive briefings play in account engagement strategies, drive adoption of the program, and enable sales teams to engage with the program efficiently and effectively.
  4. Create valuable and trusted net new external Executive relationships which strengthen Meta as a key strategic partner.
  5. Actively contribute to the cross-team efforts to identify, build, and manage an internal network of thought leaders and speakers across Wearables, Metaverse, and AI.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify new ways to drive best practice, trends, and thought leadership in the Executive Briefings.
  7. Represent the Meta & Reality Labs brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction with customers, prospects, and partners.
  8. Positioned and recognized by organizations as a trusted strategic partner who understands the depth and breadth of industry, vertical, and functional environments in which they need to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 8+ years experience in a customer-facing role, supporting partner/channel sales activities for immersive technologies and/or SaaS or relatable experience.
  2. A proven track record in successfully developing/advising on high-impact strategic technology transformation programs in complex matrix organizations.
  3. Experienced Business Partner to leadership level in an international environment.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving program effectiveness.
  5. Experience of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively amidst a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  6. Communication and presentation skills, with experience articulating complex concepts to executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, and/or AI devices.
  2. Experience in technology or hardware sales.
  3. Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or sales incentives, if applicable.
