We seek a Senior Storage Engineer who is passionate about building and maintaining data storage solutions in our creative studio environment, and who is comfortable working within the key technology pillars of storage, software tools, and Linux administration. As an essential team member, you will leverage your understanding of HPC storage architecture to administer and help architect centralized storage on the Data Storage and Backups team. You will develop software solutions that enable the team to manage our systems and visualize relevant metadata and metrics. Success in this role requires technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse teams. Given our studio's highly customized and proprietary nature, a strong aptitude for continuous learning and incorporating evolving technologies is essential. The hiring range for this position in Emeryville is $145,265.00 to $187,990.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
