The Center for WorkLife Law, at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, is an advocacy and research organization that seeks to advance gender and racial equity at work and in education.
The Research Assistant will work under the supervision of the Research Director to evaluate the performance evaluations of a large organization. The project will begin with thorough training in the way gender and racial bias play out in performance evaluations.
The majority of the work entails coding comments from performance evaluations for the presence of bias. Once comments are coded, the work will pivot to insight generation and analysis. This position is paid and the work is conducted remotely.
