Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Enrollment Specialist Contractor to lead patient recruitment and enrollment strategies, with expertise in across CNS and neuropsychiatric disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven enrollment strategies for CNS clinical trials
• Lead recruitment efforts and address enrollment barriers
• Optimize site performance and accelerate enrollment at underperforming sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with program goals
• Present enrollment progress and forecasts to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD)
• Director-level or equivalent experience
• CNS and neuropsychiatric disorder clinical trial experience
• Proven track record in accelerating enrollment in complex trials
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
