About the role:

As our Engagement Director, you'll be at the helm of managing client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving business growth through strategic farming. This cross-functional role is crucial in collaborating with Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.
2. Participate in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery.
3. Identify new opportunities onsite at client offices and contribute to business growth through farming strategies.
4. Implement continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.

What you bring to the table:

1. 8+ years of sales/commercial experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry.
2. Highly energetic personality with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships.
3. Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed.
