This role offers a 40-hour work week - Monday - Friday

Wage: $21.50 per hour

Guaranteed tenure-based wage increases at five months ($0.75) and one year ($0.75)

General Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures consistently
• Support additional operational needs as they arise
• Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential
• Operate warehouse equipment including balers, pallet jacks, and straddle stackers, with on-the-job training provided as needed
• Prepare outbound shipments accurately
• Other duties assigned as necessary by management

Job Requirements

• Ability to maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
• Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email.
• Must pass a background check if offered the position.
