Base pay range

$62.50/hr - $75.00/hr

Job Description-

Program Execution & Operational Leadership:

  • Drive strategy by establishing clear roadmaps, well-defined deliverables, and structured program management.
  • Support leadership by organizing workstreams, ensuring accountability, and tracking measurable progress.

Initiative Facilitation:

  • Provide structure and organization to key initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with overall program goals.
  • Facilitate and coordinate efforts to enhance collaboration and streamline workflows.

Roadmap & KPI Management:

  • Oversee the initiative's roadmap, keeping the team on track with deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Refine KPIs and establish clear outcome measures to maximize impact.

Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment:

  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in fostering collaboration and building consensus across teams.

Precision & Impact in Execution:

  • Act as the operational backbone of the initiative, ensuring clarity, structure, and execution rigor.
  • Translate strategic discussions into concrete actions with measurable results.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant experience in project and program management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).
  • Expertise in project/program management; PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or Design Thinking certifications are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of drug development (AI/ML experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate vision into tactical plans with measurable success criteria.
  • Experienced in operational leadership, particularly within matrixed teams and projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently, driving strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Adaptable to complex and evolving stakeholder dynamics.

Engagement Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Location: On-site preferred.

Pay Range: $62.50-$75/hour
