The Office Manager based in San Francisco, CA is responsible for creating an exceptional working environment for 250+ staff in the San Diego office. The candidate will also assist the Facilities Operations team in supporting the operational needs of 50+ offices serving 4,000 US based employees. The Office Administrator will ensure our offices are best-in-class, safe and present an outstanding work environment.
We are looking for an energetic candidate who will lead the office's workplace solutions and is equipped to work effectively with many different teams of people including senior management. Moreover, the Office Administrator needs to be able to attend to multiple concerns, events and projects requiring advanced organizational ability and prioritization skills.
