Description:

As a Project Manager-III, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding projects across critical workstreams. This role involves monitoring project progress, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, evaluating program success, and providing analytical insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and Report Progress Across Critical Workstreams:
  2. Oversee project trajectory, systematically tracking milestones using tools like Gantt charts.
  3. Produce detailed weekly progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are up to date on key developments.
  4. Produce high-level summaries and strategic reports to highlight achievements, challenges, and plans for future progress.
  5. Focus on clear and impactful presentation to communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate Stakeholder Engagement:
  7. Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional stakeholders.
  8. Ensure seamless communication and timely follow-up on action items, addressing concerns promptly.
  9. Evaluate Program Success:
  10. Define and track key performance metrics to measure project success.
  11. Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure project objectives are met and to derive actionable insights.
  12. Provide Ad Hoc Support:
  13. Assist with various tasks outside regular project management duties, including research and report creation to support team objectives.
  14. Strong Analytical Acumen:
  15. Interpret experiment results, analyze data trends, and leverage tools like SQL to extract insights that guide project direction.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or growth roles.
  2. Experience in a high-growth or early-stage startup is a plus.
  3. Prior experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and familiarity with project management tools.

Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Efficient operator who can move quickly and proactively on new projects.
  3. Comfortable conversing with customers and internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Intermediate Excel and SQL skills.
  3. Basic modeling experience (e.g., inventory management, forecasting).
  4. Ownership: Always looking for opportunities to learn and improve work processes.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  6. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on documentation, communication, and delivering results.
