Associate Director, Clinical Scientist – Cell Therapy


We have partnered with an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company at the forefront of allogeneic cell therapy to transform the treatment landscape for autoimmune diseases.


We are seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Scientist to play a key role in the strategic development and execution of early-phase clinical trials in autoimmune diseases. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working on next-generation cell therapies that have the potential to redefine treatment paradigms.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific and clinical support for the design and execution of early-stage clinical trials in autoimmune diseases.
  • Analyze and interpret clinical data, ensuring high-quality data review and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory affairs, translational medicine, biostatistics, and clinical operations, to support trial objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and authorship of key clinical documents, including study protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports (CSRs), and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external scientific meetings, investigator meetings, and advisory boards.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and scientific experts to stay informed on advancements in cell therapy and autoimmune disease research.
  • Support interactions with regulatory agencies, including preparing responses to queries and contributing to regulatory filings.


Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) in a relevant scientific field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in immunology, autoimmune diseases, or cell therapy.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and data analysis.
  • Experience authoring clinical study documents and regulatory submissions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
