Under general supervision, the Airport Systems Integration Lead reports to the Director of Innovation and Solutions within the Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) Division of SFO. The SME specializes in airside and landside systems that enable the efficient and safe operation of airports. The SME has working knowledge and first-hand experience in the use of airside systems to coordinate aircraft operations on runways and taxiways. The SME collaborates with ITT developers to provide relevant domain knowledge to aid in the systems integration for common situational awareness of the operations on the airfield, within the terminals, and on the airport's roadways.
You are excited about this opportunity because you will:
Education: An associate degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited college or university OR its equivalent in terms of total course credits/units.
Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in system administration, information systems development, maintenance and support, or information technology project management, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Substitution: Additional experience as described above may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis (up to a maximum of two (2) years).
