Summary of Role:

We're looking for an experienced operation professional for this new role to focus primarily on supporting SunPower's critical indirect (dealer) sales channel by overseeing or executing various operational processes, including order management, order fulfillment/allocation, exception management, and data reporting. The role will be hired as an individual contributor, but the team is growing, and we plan to hire an additional analyst(s) to report to this manager to increase the team's horsepower over the coming months. The Order to Cash Execution Manager will play a critical role in maximizing revenue recognition and inventory efficiency, with opportunities for executive exposure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Sales Order shipments and backlog; ensures orders are scheduled and shipped on time and without errors; oversees aged order clean up.
  • Creates and communicates weekly revenue/shipment performance to executive leadership.
  • Maintains data reporting infrastructure, determines critical metrics, drives report automation.
  • Accountable for resolution of business process exceptions: ensures proper task ownership, and task completion, identifies when new exceptions need to be tracked, performs exception trend analysis.
  • Responsible for informing IT system defect prioritization based on operational impacts via exceptions management volumes.
  • Creates and manages worklists for ad-hoc operational efforts to ensure organized and successful execution.
  • Identifies process risk areas; recommends and oversees operational controls to be created to mitigate risk.
  • Lead business owner for root cause analysis, particularly on PPI inventory cycle count reviews, approving adjustments or charges to dealers as needed.
  • Completes ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in Operations, at least 2 years managing a function, preferably order management or order fulfillment.
  • Solid data analytics competency, in both preparing and analyzing data.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Products, specifically Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience managing an operational function along with the accompanying key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively summarize and communicate complex concepts into simple, actionable recommendations to the leadership level.
  • Experience using a CRM and/or ERP application.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Able to navigate a business environment that is complex, sometimes ambiguous, and diverse.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or closely with supply chain functions and/or accounts receivable.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.
  • Experience in BI applications like Qlik Sense, Snowflake, and/or Tableau.
  • Experience in the solar industry.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Travel required to meet with various SunPower teams across the US (approximately 5%).

Pay Range: $86,400 - $155,520.
