At Meta, Mission Control is the organization responsible for end-to-end workforce planning for all departments. In this role, our planners help the business proactively drive their workforce strategies and anticipate and solve talent supply and demand challenges. Further, they manage the day-to-day operations of headcount management. This role will serve as the Planner for executing headcount planning for areas across Meta. The Planners are responsible for delivering workforce insights, facilitating headcount processes such as annual, and in-year headcount allocation exercises, driving reorganization efforts, and handling workforce management escalations. This role is highly operational workforce planning mixed with strategic workforce planning.
