Sr. Contracts Manager
Temp Assignment: 1-6 months
Potential for extension
25-40 hrs/week
Payrate: $100-$130/hr DOE
Location: Remote and must work PST business hours

Our leading medical equipment manufacturing client is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Contracts Manager to support their life sciences organization on a contract basis. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced contract professionals looking for a flexible, impactful assignment.

Job Duties

• Manage and support contract lifecycle for sales, clinical, research and product development teams
• Negotiate and draft various agreements: Sales contracts, Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), Healthcare provider (HCP) consulting agreements, Clinical study contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years contract negotiation and management experience in life sciences/healthcare preferred
• Proficiency with contract management tools
• Ironclad/CLM experience strongly preferred
• Remote work capability
• Ability to integrate quickly into existing workflows
• Self-motivated professional with a responsive and can-do attitude
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Strong contracts negotiation background
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high integrity
