Walmart Connect is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, sellers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. As the Technical Solutions Technology Provider Team Lead, you will manage a team of technical solutions specialists (TSS) who act as strategic consultants to partners working to accelerate Walmart Connect product adoption and improve technical solutions for our joint customers. Your responsibilities include mentoring and leading your TSS team associates, managing and growing strong client relationships, maintaining the technical health of tiered partners, scoping projects, unlocking strategic opportunities, collaborating across external and internal stakeholders, and fostering a positive team culture. You will track progress towards achievement of targets and effectively navigate the relationships between Walmart Connect and our Partners to drive optimal advertising performance and client success.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership to shape the Technical Solutions strategy to enable the team's largest partner cohort and most complex engagements.
• Lead a team of technical solution specialists working with one of Walmart Connect's most critical partner segments.
• Set clear goals and direction for the team and each individual; provide regular feedback on the associate's performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Partner Development Managers to establish business plan objectives.
• Accountable for thought leadership activity putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative strategic thinking.
• Monitor performance of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video and Display and identify opportunities to help the team improve feature adoption across new product releases.
• Oversee product roadmap sessions driving prioritization for Walmart Connect features and work with team and internal stakeholders to accelerate time to support across partners.
• Ensure effective communication across internal teams as well as partners.
• Ensure the satisfaction of associate development, engagement, and foster the growth of their career and user work.
• Hire and retain top technical talent as the team scales.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, solutions architecture, or technical account management programs.
• 3+ years of people management experience, leading senior technical ICs.
• Experience with advertising technology partners.
• Strong knowledge of APIs.
• Experience with retail and marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems proactively in a client-centric environment.
• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate/present to Sales teams and leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience of working with cross stakeholders both internally and externally effectively collaborating to meet common goals.
• Results-driven with a desire to affect change, drive revenue, and gain visibility with leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• Direct work experience either in an advertising, marketing or related field.
• Advertising tech knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field or experience in related field.
• 5+ Years of Advertising/agency experience.
• Experience with advertising technical consulting and/or account management.
• Proven ability to scale a technical services or technical support team in a high-growth environment.
• Experience working with Google, Amazon, Walmart Ads.

The annual salary range for this position is:

• Hoboken, New Jersey: $108,000.00-$216,000.00
• San Bruno, California: $117,000.00-$234,000.00
• Bentonville, Arkansas: $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
