We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team in San Francisco.As our EA/Office Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and creating a positive work environment.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and time management
  • Manage the CEO's email, prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining an organized inbox
  • Own the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the office, ensuring a well-stocked, organized, and inviting workspace
  • Plan and execute engaging team events, offsites, and experiences that enhance company culture and collaboration
  • Serve as the go-to person for office needs, promptly addressing employee inquiries and concerns
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for office supplies and services
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks and workflows
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team
  • Maintain meticulous records of contracts, agreements, and key company documentationRequirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in an executive support or office management role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment with minimal oversight
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
    • Tech-savvy and proficient in G Suite, Slack, Zoom and other productivity tools; able to quickly learn and leverage new software
    • Experience supporting stakeholders at the executive level, particularly in a high-growth startup
    • Genuine passion for startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
