About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Lead Designer that will play a pivotal role in crafting foundational tools that empower users to bring stories to life through engaging characters and dynamic environments. Youll be responsible for the end-to-end design of innovative GenAI video creation tools across both desktop and mobile platforms, taking features from concept through to polished execution.

Collaborating with a team of dedicated engineers and researchers, you'll contribute to developing cutting-edge technology. Working closely with company leadership, youll help shape and execute the product vision, driving intuitive and impactful user experiences. Youll establish new design patterns that are both functional and scalable, and thoughtfully evolve their design system as they grow.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• User-Centered Design: At least 5 years of experience creating and delivering complex, yet intuitive consumer products across web and mobile platforms. A deep understanding of consumer needs and the ability to align them with product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Creative & Authoring Tools: Minimum of 2 years working on accessible video creation tools for both consumer and enterprise users. A passion for enabling the next generation of content creators and storytellers.
• Design Craft: Exceptional skills in creating clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. You balance this with a strategic understanding of business and product development.
• Startup Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and are focused on delivering user-centric solutions. Youre resourceful in overcoming obstacles and can adapt to evolving priorities.
• Independent and Driven: You excel in setting realistic timelines and consistently deliver on them. You bring strong opinions backed by experience and are self-motivated to take ownership.
