Position Overview:
Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer relationships to build a loyal customer base.
Job Functions:

- Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the Company's core values
- Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
- Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
- Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
- Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
- Fulfill pick up orders
- Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
- Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations

Qualifications: - Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
- Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
- At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred
