Position Background:
Longfellow is looking for an energetic, people loving, passionate event planner and tenant communicator -someone who knows how to activate all our amenity spaces in memorable ways that support our tenant engagement strategy and tenant growth goals. Elevate has high expectations on the quality, sophistication and attention to detail reflected in all spaces and events, and values the strong relationships developed between our customers and the Longfellow team.
The candidate for Sr. Associate, Tenant Experience must have a passion for events and the logistics to make them possible. They must also know how to develop strong partnerships (fitness manager, 3rd party vendors, restaurant management, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders to develop programming that engages our customers and aligns with the strategic pillars of Elevate. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required for budgeting and managing cost tracking. This role works closely with our property management team and would oversee a day-porter responsible for maintaining the amenity spaces.
