A boutique talent management firm is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a Partner/Talent Manager. The ideal candidate should have an interest in the comedy and touring space, be highly organized and resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a long-term interest in talent management!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide script coverage and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Manage client submissions and coordinate client schedules.
  • Handle rolling calls and manage heavy phone traffic.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Interface with high-profile clients and C-level executives.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college.
  • Minimum of one year of experience at a talent agency or management company.
  • Has an interest in the comedy/touring space.
  • Desire to learn and develop within a talent management environment, with a long-term interest in talent management.
  • Demonstrated passion for the entertainment industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and proactive work ethic.
  • High sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling complex situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.

Compensation: $19/hour - $25/hour

Onsite four days a week.
